POSTURAL RESTORATION WITH ME IN VIENNA OR VIA ZOOM

ASSESSMENT - virtual or local

This assessment includes a thorough intake of your history, objective tests and measurements, discussion of your short /long term goals and an outline of the plan to get you there. Using postural restoration principles, I use a combination of objective tests and your history to assess and gain a better understanding of ongoing issues. I will also make sure you walk away from this session having a better understanding yourself of the mechanisms behind your issues. We will go over at least one breathing technique to help with your specific needs. You will receive an initial home program including videos to use on your own. This initial assessment is performed virtually via zoom or in-person in Vienna, Austria and is between 75 to 90 minutes in duration.

AFTER THE INITIAL ASSESSMENT

After the initial assessment, you have the option to continue working with me. In this case we meet at least twice a month for via Zoom or locally in Vienna.

For clients from out of town, individual arrangement can be made.

Each session I will re-assess, always using objective tests to determine your progress.

Based on your progress, I adjust your home program as needed to make sure you keep progressing as quickly as possible.

In some cases we may need to involve my interdisciplinary team (I work closely with a dentist, optometrist and myofunctional therapist). Some clients need just one of these integrations, some will need multiple. In such cases I will be your case manager and will guide the interdisciplinary treatment together with my team. Postural Restoration will always be step 1, and we need to work through some foundations before potentially considering any form of integration.
